GlobalHRstudio – About us

Mission

GlobalHRstudio is an information-based website dedicated to HR transformation and best practices on the international business scene. The website is the result of collaboration between three major players in the HR market: ADP, SAP and CorporateLeaders.

GlobalHRstudio's primary goal is to provide news, insights, analysis, expert advice and case studies based on a network of contributors: providers, sourcing companies, consulting companies, analysts, and HR associations and networks as well as corporate end-users.

Editorial Committee

GlobalHRstudio is managed by an editorial committee composed of representatives from ADP, SAP, CorporateLeaders and Borderless Executive Search, as well as a pool of independent journalists.

GlobalHRstudio's Editorial Committee has been structured to guarantee that the information provided reflects the contributors' points of view, independence and avoids promoting any offerings or services that the contributors may represent.

Extended Network

GlobalHRstudio is first of all an online information and networking platform. It offers the possibility for a community of users to share opinions and post comments, advice and recommendations in reaction to the information provided. It is also the perfect place to contact experts and go deeper into specific topics.

GlobalHRstudio will also progressively offer additional services such as webcasts, networking events and workshops to the GlobalHRstudio's subscriber community.

Team Members
Patrick Gaspardo
Patrick Gaspardo, ADP

Patrick is in charge of Marketing and Communication in Europe for ADP, a service provider specialized in payroll and HR outsourcing. He has been in the HR Outsourcing field for 7 years and previously worked as a consultant for the telecommunications industry. Since his entrance in the HR arena, Patrick has been involved in various initiatives to enable HR professionals to get together and network in order to improve the overall HRO industry's quality standard. Patrick has been an active member of the HRO Association for 5 years.

Bill Thomas
Bill Thomas, SAP

Bill Thomas is a Program Manager in the Outsourcing & On-Demand business unit of SAP. He joined SAP in 2005 to support the early rollout and sales engagement of SAP's BPO business, now branded as Outsourcing & On-Demand.
In his current role, Bill manages the first and largest global HRO relationship in SAP's portfolio. Prior to joining SAP, Bill worked for ADP for 18 years, holding a variety of positions, including sales, implementation, client services, tech support, product development, marketing, and business development. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Communications from Syracuse University.

Christine Stanowski
Christine Stanowski, ADP

Christine is Vice President of Global Consulting for ADP in Europe. She is responsible for supporting the overall HR Outsourcing sales process for large multinational companies. Christine is heading up a team of senior consultants in charge of delivering RFPs, RFIs, due diligence, business cases, service level agreements, transition plans and service organization. Her professional background includes the management of French and international payroll and HR projects. Christine is based in Paris but travels extensively mainly across Europe.

Taunya Renson-Martin
Taunya Renson-Martin, Borderless Executive Search

As Communications Manager of Borderless Executive Search and Borderless Outsourcing, Taunya manages the development of all Borderless Marketing and Communications initiatives. She is responsible for the Borderless Leadership Series, where the firm plays host throughout the year to a variety of respected leaders, who lead discussions with invited groups of senior executives. Taunya serves as a key contact for the international trade and business press on all issues related to executive leadership that call for the unique perspective of Borderless consultants. Born and raised in Washington, DC, and with a Bachelors Degree from James Madison University in Virginia, Taunya has lived in Belgium since 2000.

Karsten Soderberg
Karsten Soderberg, CorporateLeaders

Karsten is a co-founder and Director of CorporateLeaders, an independent professional network for senior executives, business leaders, service providers, consultants, and advisory firms involved in business transformation, shared services, and outsourcing.

Karsten has more than 15 years of international executive experience. He has carried out various assignments in multinational companies in functions ranging from global executive management and leadership, and business process transformation, sales & marketing, as well as project and program management. Karsten holds a Master of Science degree in business administration and management science and a Bachelor's degree in the same field. He also has postgraduate certification in The Balanced Scorecard, EFQM – European Foundation for Quality Management and TQM.
